Integrated Edge Protection

Flexi Deck is designed to integrate flawlessly with engineered edge protection systems, such as Rapid EPS®, for traditional timber guard rail edge protection. Flexi Deck delivers superior grid sizes, slab thicknesses, flexibility and unmatched safety features.

Shoring Options

Flexi Deck is adaptable to a variety of shoring options, including steel and aluminum posts, as well as shoring frames.

Column Conditions

Flexi Deck’s versatile secondary beams, seamlessly accommodate standard column conditions, eliminating the need for wood infills and providing a more efficient solution.

Ramp Conditions

Flexi Deck accommodates slopes up to 5% without the need for additional accessories or packing. For steeper inclines, an adjustable, orientable head wedge allows for up to 16%.

Locking Dropheads

The Flexi Deck drophead features a built-in locking latch system with the selected shoring option, eliminating the need for connecting hardware.

Adjustable Ledgers

Flexi Deck offers adjustable ledger frames, allowing to accommodate multiple grid sizes and reduce the number of components needed on site.
